Role

You will be working for a world leading Facilities company, supervising a team of Mobile Cleaners across:

Cardiff, Bridgend, Barry, Caephilily, Newport, Abergavenny and Cwmbran

Duties and responsibilities

  • upport account management teams to ensure best in class delivery and performance across all accounts through frontline delivery.
  • Work in collaboration with the job management team to ensure performance is in-line with all contractual SLA/KPI requirements.
  • Supports and guide team to achieve contract specific service levels
  • Conduct a regular planned visit with each cleaner ensuring each is visited every 6 weeks as a minimum.
  • Assist Sector Manager in the recruitment and vetting process ensuring 100% compliance. and vacancies filled within 48 hours.
  • Ensuring team follow company procedures and systems as laid down in the Employment handbook.
  • Adhere to specific Client’s security procedures and policies at all times, ensuring all staff are trained.
  • To maintain relationships with customers and fellow employees.
  • Control and maintenance of all consumable stocks at each site.
  • Audits are conducted as per agreed frequency
  • Ensurg all staff use the T&A system correctly and responsible for training and performance management of individuals where this doesn’t happen reducing anomaly arbitrations.
  • Fortnightly payroll completion for each employee

Skills and experience

  • Experience in comparable management roles.
  • Full UK Driving licence
  • Ability to communicate with and support front-line colleagues effectively.
  • Ability to manage client expectations and deliver customer-focused solutions
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, outstanding customer service with remote business groups
  • Must be flexible, adaptable and proactive
  • Ability to effectively manage priorities and projects
  • Able to build relationships in a professional manner with internal stakeholders.
