Description

Role
A leading global provider of facility services, providing services to complement their customer’s workplace, is seeking to recruit a Service Co-Ordinator on a 6 month contract for their site in Stoke.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for client calls and emails, logging and processing service requests accurately
  • Take ownership of service requests, ensuring timely and customer-focused resolution.
  • Identify appropriate solutions and escalate issues when required.
  • Manage job allocations and coordinate activities across operational teams.
  • Maintain and update facilities management systems (e.g. Maximo) and associated records
  • .Provide professional helpdesk support and general administrative assistance.
  • Support the account delivery team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, procedures and client contract requirements

Skills and experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service, contact centre or administrative role.
  • Proven call handling experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience of working within a team to support shared organisational goals.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to schedule and prioritise activities effectively.
