Description
Role
Warwick Accommodation requires an allocation assistant to support the Staff & Family Housing Allocations Team during their busy summer period - late June to end of September. Training will be provided.
Duties and responsibilities
Main duties- responding to email queries, answering telephone enquiries, drafting offers, data entry in system, updating excel spreadsheets.
Other duties- supporting the Allocation team in their duties.
You will be expected to deliver a high standard of customer service and maintain customer confidentiality.
Skills and experience
Applicants need to be able to demonstrate the following:
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook email and databases
Excellent customer service skills
Maintain confidentiality in line with GDPR
Ability to work as part of a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident telephone manner to handle difficult conversations
High attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
Experience of working in a customer environment desirable
