Description

Role
The Co-op at the University of Surrey are hiring General Assistants.

 
To start as soon as possible and the role is ongoing.
Various shift patterns -most hours will be evenings & weekends.
 
£12.71 per hour.
£1.53 per hour holiday pay.

Duties and responsibilities

  1. Customer Service: Greeting Customers, providing product information, taking customers to product location.
  2. Sales Transactions : Operating self-services till and standard tills
  3. Merchandising and stock Management: Working deliveries, restocking shelves, and monitoring stock levels.
  4. Store Maintenance : keeping the store clean and tidy.
  5. Team Collaboration: Supporting other team members, assisting in training new employees and follow store policies and safety protocols.
  6. Home delivery: Just eat, Deliveroo, Uber eats

Skills and experience
Previous retail experience desirable but not essential.

Full training provided.
