Role

We are looking for someone to support KMMS with the transition from Monday.com to Microsoft Planner and Loop.

This role is a 2 week temporary opportunity.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Support the team with the transition from Monday.com to Microsoft Planner and Loop, helping to set up, maintain and improve shared plans, workspaces and team processes.
  • Create and maintain automations to support key administrative and communications processes, helping the team to work efficiently and consistently.
  • Support the development and maintenance of the team’s digital filing system, ensuring documents and information are stored accurately, accessibly and in line with agreed naming and filing conventions.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, including organising information, maintaining records, coordinating tasks and responding to routine queries.
  • Support the production and coordination of student and staff newsletters, including gathering content, checking information, formatting updates and helping to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across administrative tasks, records, communications and shared digital systems.

Skills and experience

  • Demonstrable experience of working in a busy administrative role, with the ability to manage competing tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office 365, with confidence using or learning tools such as Microsoft Planner, Loop, Teams, SharePoint and Outlook.
  • Experience of supporting digital systems, processes or filing structures, with good attention to detail and a methodical approach to organising information.
  • Ability to work proactively and use initiative to improve administrative processes, including setting up simple automations or workflow improvements.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with staff and students and support clear internal communications.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to check information carefully, maintain accurate records and ensure communications and documents are clear, consistent and error-free.
