Role
Unitemps are recruiting for a Data Manager (UCL Students and Graduates). This role is for a June 15th start date and has a projected end date of November 30th 2026. This is a part-time role at 21.9 hours per week. Payment is set at £19.14 per hour + £3.58 holiday pay. This role will be hybrid working with 2 days from campus and the other days from home.
Comprehensive Clinical Trials Unit (CCTU)
The Comprehensive Clinical Trials Unit is a specialist unit set up within the Institute of Clinical Trials and Methodology with a specific remit to design, conduct, analyse and publish clinical trials and other well-designed studies.
The CCTU provides clinical, statistical and trial operations leadership and facilitates the delivery of high quality, regulatory compliant clinical trials of investigational medicinal products (IMPs) and non-IMP trials.
The CCTU is a registered CTU with the capability to centrally coordinate multi-centre clinical trials (i.e. having overall responsibility for the design, development, recruitment, data management and analysis of trials) with robust systems to ensure conduct and delivery of clinical trials to the highest quality standard.
Duties and responsibilities
- The primary role of the post holder is to assist with the efficient collection, processing, validation, and quality assurance of data from assigned trials.

Skills and experience
- Experience of data entry and data management,
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of working on a clinical trial or in a medical research environment
- Experience of word processing, using Microsoft Word and Excel are also essential requirements for this post.
Location
UCL; hybrid working with 2 days per week on campus
