Description
Role
A local retail/gift shop are looking to staff to work with them on the 23rd May from 09:00-17:00 to help cover busy periods/sickness.
This role is based in Warwick Town Centre.
The client has a reprographic/print business and you may be asked to help with folding and collating as well print finishing.
Duties and responsibilities
You will be providing excellent customer service in the shop.
This will include
• Working on the tills to serve customers.
• Communicating with customers about their printing needs.
• Ensuring that the shop is clean and presentable at all times (including hoovering/dusting if required)
• Escalating issues or enquiries to the full time member of staff on duty.
Skills and experience
• We are looking for someone with the right attitude and most importantly excellent customer service skills.
• You will be well presented and will be able to communicate with staff and customers.
• Previous experience of working in a shop is desired but not essential for the right candidate.

You will be working in Warwick Town Centre and the hours for the role with based around the opening times of the shop (09:00-17:00).
