Role
Are you an enthusiastic and driven communicator with a passion for sales and lead generation? We are looking for a Finnish Telemarketer to join our client's dynamic team on a temporary basis starting ASAP. If you are confident, tenacious, and eager to build relationships with businesses, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
There is option for hybrid working with hours to be discussed. The role is currently 2-4 days in office. (There is the option to work remote for the right candidate).
Duties and responsibilities
- Represent our clients professionally and effectively.
- Contact a targeted list of businesses to generate qualified sales appointments and leads.
- Update company information and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct telephone surveys with client customers to gather valuable insights.
- Engage confidently with senior decision-makers, such as Managing Directors, Finance Directors, HR Directors, and Marketing Directors.
- Meet and exceed daily dialling targets, with an expectation of a high number of calls per day.
Skills and experience
- Previous experience in a similar telemarketing or outbound calling role.
- Strong ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers.
- Exceptional communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Must speak Finnish with a clear and confident and engaging voice.
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
