Role
The Arts and Culture department is hosting the end of year Degree exhibition featuring multiple courses from the School of Sciences, Psychology, Arts and Humanities, Computing, Engineering, and Sport (SPACES).After an opening event on the evening of 21st May the exhibition will then be open to the public for a week. We need invigilators to oversee and facilitate this.
Duties and responsibilities
To open and close the exhibition, welcome visitors, answer their questions and keep both them and the displays safe. Also switch all tech on and off and the start and end of each day, provide some content for social media and ask visitors to complete short questionnaires.
Skills and experience
Friendly, outgoing and pro-active person who is comfortable talking to members of the public and providing guidance and information.
