Role
This role is an exciting opportunity for you if you’re interested in gaining insight into how a university operates behind the scenes and how Faculty teams support students and academic staff.
Duties and responsibilities
-
Support the faculty leadership team with any key projects or workstreams
-
Shadow Faculty Operations colleagues to build up an understanding of how the university operates
-
Network with colleagues from different departments
-
Organise OneDrive and Teams filing systems
-
Shadow Faculty Operations Manager and attend meetings
-
Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation
-
Contribute to operational readiness measures
-
Undertake any other reasonable duties in line with the nature and level of the role
Skills and experience
Essential
-
Interested in how a university operates
-
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines 
-
Experience with MS Suite
-
Comfortable working in a self-directed way as well as part of the team
Desirable
-
Experience working with data to make informed decisions

Experience working with senior stakeholders
Location
In-person only (Hendon campus or business office)
