At Omega Life / Digital, we are currently developing a range of interconnected digital and immersive platforms aimed at transforming the care, education, and training sectors. Our core project, Care One OS, is a full digital operating system designed to take residential care environments paperless, improving efficiency, compliance, and quality of care. Alongside this, we are building Omega Training, an e-learning platform, and Morpheus VR, an immersive virtual reality training and therapy solution which integrates with our wider ecosystem.

In addition to these core platforms, we are also running a number of smaller AI-led innovation projects, including document automation tools, care-focused applications, and internal systems designed to improve operational insight and staff engagement.

 

Duties and responsibilities

  • Helping develop the system, working on coding, testing and debugging. 
  • Researching ideas, adding new components

Skills and experience

  • Knowledge in PHP 
  • Up to speed with latest AI tools 
  • Feels ready to start working on a project without much supervision.
