Description

Role
Our client is looking for a workplace monitor to work in South West London and record data on work space usage. The role will be between Monday 18th – Saturday 23rd May.

You must be available for all 6 days of the role and training will be provided.
The morning shift is 08:45-15:45 and the afternoon shift is 15:45-21:45.

Duties and responsibilities

  • You will be walking around the University workplace rooms to record the presence of people using the space.
  • You will be walking around all levels of the buildings/office to ensure that you have collected all the necessary data.
  • The walk will take about 45 minutes per hour and you will be expected to record all of the information digitally on tablets.
  • You will have chance to have a break each hour, however there is no designated lunch hour as the rooms have to be checked every hour.

Skills and experience

  • We are looking for candidates who are computer literate and who have a high level of attention to detail to ensure that all of the required notes are being recorded.
  • However due to the nature of the role, you must be able to walk around the offices and also travel from office to office throughout the week.
  • No experience is necessary for the role as training will be provided.
  • You will be available for all 6 days of work.
