Role
To support the administration of apprenticeship compliance processes across the learner journey, including the processing of documentation, maintenance of records, and coordination of key activities to ensure adherence to regulatory, funding and institutional requirements.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Provide effective administrative and operational support for apprenticeship compliance activity, ensuring that learner and programme records are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records across relevant systems and documentation, carrying out data entry, validation and routine data quality checks to ensure that records remain complete and audit ready..    
  • Undertake secondary checks of apprenticeship documentation, learner records and related evidence in line with established procedures, identifying discrepancies, omissions or compliance concerns for correction or escalation.4.   Support the Apprenticeship Operations and Compliance team with the preparation and collation of records, documentation and evidence for monitoring, reporting, audit and assurance activity.
  • Act as a first point of contact for internal administrative and compliance-related queries, including shared inbox management, responding to routine enquiries and escalating issues where appropriate.
  • Contribute to improvements in administrative processes and guidance.

Skills and experience

  • Experience of working in an administrative role in a large, complex organisation
  • Experience of using Microsoft Office or other digital software
  • Experience of managing competing priorities, using initiative and problem solving
