Description
Role
We are looking for 2 people to work as Machine Technicians on the University of Warwick Campus to help maintain and replenish a new Bubble tea machine.
You will be required to be available for 12 hours per week across 4 days out of 7 over the next 3 months. These shifts can be arranged with the client to work around personal circumstances.
Duties and responsibilities
- The position will consist of replenishing and maintaining a new Bubble Tea Unattended Retail machine in Warwick University.
- You will be required to fill, clean and maintain the machine on site.
- You will also have the opportunity to influence the future development of our range, by providing on the ground customer feedback.
- You will be responsible for all stock control activities, overall machine and food safety and you are the local client liaison for this location.
Skills and experience
- Experience in customer service, either retail or hospitality is essential
- Ability to act on own initiative
- Passion to excel and drive business results
- Attention to detail
Desired Skills
A knowledge of Chinese would be considered a bonus

Additional information
You will need to be available on campus for 4 days a week for 3 hours per shift. You will also need to be able to commit for the next 3 months on this role.
You will be communicating with the team but will be the main point of contact.
