Description
Role
We are looking for 6 students to support the alumni team by packing graduation bags for our upcoming graduation ceremonies in June.
Duties and responsibilities
The role will involve packing the bags and transporting them in boxes on a trolley from Hugh Nisbet building to main reception. Successful applicants must be able to pack bags and help lift /move boxes as part of the day. Clear instructions will be provided.
Skills and experience
We are looking for someone motivated who can stay on task and work efficiently as part of a team to ensure each bag is filled with the required items, which will be provided by the alumni team, along with the necessary instructions.
You must be available to work Tuesday June 9th from 9:30am until 4:00pm. Please only apply for this role if you are available for the full shift.
