We are a creative innovation studio working at the intersection of storytelling, technology, and purpose-driven programmes. Our work focuses on helping organisations explore and apply emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, in meaningful and accessible ways.

This internship sits within our content and storytelling function and is centred on the delivery of the AI Activator programme, an initiative designed to support individuals and organisations in experimenting with and applying AI in real-world contexts. The Creative Content Producer Intern will play a key role in documenting this programme as it unfolds. The role combines creative production with applied storytelling, capturing both the human journeys and practical insights generated through the programme.

The intern will contribute to how the programme is experienced externally, shaping content that is used across social platforms, reports, and a dedicated learning hub. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who wants to develop practical production skills while working in a fast-moving, collaborative environment that blends creativity with emerging technology.

Duties and responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to capture, produce, and package high-quality multimedia content that documents the AI Activator programme and communicates its impact to a wider audience.

The intern will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end content production process, from capture through to editing and distribution.

Key Responsibilities

Video Production and Editing
  • Capture high-quality video footage during programme sessions, workshops, and related activities
  • Plan and produce two short “microfilms”, each telling the story of an individual AI Activator
  • Edit engaging short-form video content suitable for platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Ensure content is optimised for different formats, audiences, and channels

Photography and Visual Documentation

  • Photograph key moments, participants, and environments throughout the programme
  • Build and maintain a well-organised visual archive of images for marketing, reporting, and internal use
  • Ensure consistency in visual style and quality across outputs

Content for Activator Hub

  • Capture and support the creation of content for the Activator Hub, a platform for sharing insights and learning
  • Assist in translating live programme moments into structured, accessible content (e.g. clips, summaries, visual assets)
  • Work with the team to package content into useful resources for future participants and stakeholders

General Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with programme leads and participants to identify compelling stories
  • Work efficiently in live, fast-paced environments while maintaining high production standards
  • Manage multiple content outputs and meet agreed deadlines

Skills and experience
This role is suitable for Level 5 and Level 6 undergraduate students studying subjects such as media production, film, photography, digital media, communications, or related disciplines.

Essential Skills and Experience
  • Demonstrable ability to shoot and edit video, supported by a portfolio of work
  • Basic to intermediate photography skills, including composition and framing
  • Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, including pacing, narrative, and audience engagement

Key Skills

  • Creative storytelling: ability to identify and shape compelling narratives from real-world activity
  • Technical production skills: confidence using cameras, audio equipment, and editing tools
  • Organisation and time management: ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver outputs to deadline

Desirable Experience

  • Experience creating content for social media platforms
  • Interest in artificial intelligence, emerging technology, or innovation programmes
  • Experience documenting events, workshops, or community-based projects
  • Basic understanding of sound recording and lighting techniques

Personal Attributes

  • Proactive and self-motivated, able to take initiative and identify opportunities for content
  • Curious and observant, with strong attention to detail
  • Reliable and organised, with a professional approach to managing work
  • Comfortable engaging with participants and capturing authentic, unscripted moments
