Working with the Directors, this role will support the business units in their AI transformation journey. The company is assembling a small project team to identify the key opportunities where AI can add value to the business, and taking action to implement Agentive AI solutions to assist staff with their routine tasks. The intent is to start with small, relatively simple mini projects, secure early successes with a view to ensuring positive staff buy-in, and then build out from there.

It is hoped that this internship will see some of these mini-projects delivered end to end during the period of the internship.

Duties and responsibilities
To assist the senior team in planning and delivering AI transformation project(s) for the business, this will include: developing high level project plans (Digital Business Model), working with our staff on the ground to establish clear user requirements, ensuring data readiness, defining applicable existing business processes and governance, hands-on developing task workflows for AI developers to work from, supporting technical implementation and testing/verification (roll-out), change management planning and communications around the project (human factor), revising processes to reflect new workflows, supporting active users.

Skills and experience
A strong interest in harnessing the power of AI, you will already be very familiar with the use of Co-Pilot etc and Microsoft 365 tools, you understand enough about Agentive AI to know what is possible with it, if not the 'how' to harness it for business.

You will be a logical thinker, a good communicator, highly organised and diligent with detail. You will be personable and able to support people on the transformation journey in a positive way, capable of helping both with high level strategic thinking as well as working 'in the weeds' to get the job done.

This is not itself a technical IT/software role but you will need to be digitally savvy and able to act as the interface between the technical team and users to help make things happen and support the change management project as a whole.

The business does not possess Agentive AI experts themselves but are looking to invest in this with external technical support. Candidates are not expected to hold expert technical AI developer or coding knowledge but need to have an interest in it and understand its application and limitations. Their main function will be to support the users, technical teams, and Directors to help draw each mini-project together and carry out a lot of the hands-on tasks necessary to keep momentum and the work on track to achieve the project deliverables.
