Description
Role
A Digital Learning Content Producer required to support multimedia content development and quality assurance for new online MSc in Global Organisational and Business Psychology.
Duties and responsibilities
-
Develop workflows to help staff create consistent multimedia content
-
Support staff in producing high-quality multimedia for online MSc programmes
-
Provide hands-on support during on-campus multimedia recording
-
Carry out quality assurance and manage amendments to ensure high standards
-
Source, create, and edit images
-
Create interactive multimedia (e.g. H5P content)
-
Edit video, audio, and interactive multimedia
-
Manage storage and organisation of multimedia content
-
Ensure content meets copyright, accessibility, and regulatory standards
-
Collaborate with academic and administrative staff to align content with curriculum and learning objectives
-
Work with the Digital Education team on priority projects
Skills and experience
-
Experience designing and producing digital content using relevant tools
-
Experience producing and editing audio and video content
-
Experience creating interactive activities (e.g. H5P or similar)

Strong project and task management skills, with ability to meet tight deadlines across multiple projects
-
Knowledge of VLE/LMS platforms, web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and standards (e.g. SCORM)
-
Excellent communication skills, including engaging stakeholders and explaining policies/procedures
-
Ability to maintain high quality standards under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail

Willingness to learn and develop new skills as needed
