Role
Unitemps are currently working with Trentham Monkey Forest who are looking for two candidates to work over the upcoming bank holiday weekend.
Your duties will be helping to man the car park during peak times for them. You will be the first point of contact for their clients and customers, ensuring their experience begins with a warm welcomel. Your role is crucial in maintaining the highest standards of service and efficiency.
Working days and hours are:
Friday 3rd April, 10:30am - 2:30pm
Saturday 4th April, 10:30am - 2:30pm
Sunday 5th April, 10:30am - 2:30pm
Monday 6th April, 10:30am - 2:30pm
Duties and responsibilities
- Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers with a friendly and professional approach, assisting them with parking and providing information about the facility and local amenities.
- Parking Management: Oversee the efficient use of parking spaces, directing traffic flow and ensuring that all vehicles are parked in a safe and orderly manner.
- Maintenance and Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the car park, including litter picking and reporting any maintenance issues to the relevant department.
Skills and experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
