Role
Plan B Solutions is recruiting Workplace Monitors for two short-term, on-site projects in the West Midlands. Each project runs for 2 consecutive weeks (Monday–Friday).
Project locations:
- Castlegate area, Dudley
- Stourbridge town centre
You may apply for one or both locations.
Duties and responsibilities
As a Workplace Monitor, you will observe and record how workplace spaces are used within a client organisation. This helps our clients better understand and improve how their workplaces function.
You will:
- Survey office spaces and rooms throughout the day
- Record observations using a provided Android app
- Work independently across a defined set of areas
- Represent Plan B Solutions professionally on client sites
Skills and experience
- No prior experience required – full training is provided
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional and confident in a client-facing environment
- Access to an Android phone with mobile email capability

- Training will take place in the week prior to your assigned project
Additional information
Project Dates
Each project will run once during one of the following periods (to be confirmed based on availability and demand):
- A: Mon 13 April – Fri 24 April
- B: Mon 11 May – Fri 22 May
- C: Mon 1 June – Fri 12 June
To be eligible for a project, you must also be available for at least 3 days in the preceding week for training.
