Description
Role
To support the organisation and administration of our clients Holiday Program by managing registers, supporting communication with parents and assisting the management team with important program information.
This role is flexible; however, during school holidays you will be required to work on-site during weekday mornings.
Duties and responsibilities
- Prepare and manage daily registers
- Support sign‑in and sign‑out procedures
- Respond to parent enquiries and bookings
- Maintain participant records
- Support safeguarding and first aid information boards
- Assist management with other admin tasks
- Help ensure records are organised and accurate ready for funding bids and evaluations
- Support communication with staff and parents
Skills and experience
Professional Conduct & Expectations
Staff are expected to act as positive role models, remain attentive when supervising children, follow the clients Code of Conduct and safeguarding procedures and contribute to a respectful and supportive team environment.
Attendance & Reliability
Staff should arrive on time and remain available during their scheduled hours unless agreed with the management team. Reliability and punctuality are essential to ensure the safety and smooth running of the program.
