Role
*Ringfenced to LJMU students and recent graduates*
Duties and responsibilities
You will speak with tenants one to one about their experiences and expectations of the project. You will also interview staff who participated in delivering the programme to understand operational strengths, challenges and opportunities. Findings will inform future practice, help target improvements to where they matter most, and support healthier, more resilient communities. The findings will contribute to a broader understanding of the intersection between housing and health, informing policy and practice beyond the immediate context of PRIMA Housing Group.
Skills and experience
Key elements of the role include leading the following tasks under supervision from the academic team:
• Interviewing tenants and staff to explore their experiences of the project.
• Analysis of qualitative data and preparation of a detailed evaluation report highlighting findings and recommendations.
• Supporting disseminating findings through reports and presentations
