Description

Role
We are seeking motivated and reliable Research Assistants to support the data collection/administration/analysis and website management of this study. The primary responsibility will be to manage data and update website based on a progress of the project.

 
The successful candidate will have:
  • Understanding of research, including setting and meeting milestones as per researchers’ guidance and instruction.
  • Knowledge of working with qualitative data and conducting primary and secondary data collection, administrate, and website creation/management
  • Excellent written and spoken English and the ability to produce pieces of high-quality written work, including data visualization and website creation/management

Duties and responsibilities

  • Drafting, summarising and communicating key information
  • Data collection, entry and analysis of qualitative data (i.e., NVIVO), administrate
  • Promote the research project via website

Skills and experience
Essential Experience

  • Postgraduate, PhD near completion or completed. A degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, Management, Web design, or a related field
  • Experience of working to deadlines and managing own time.

Skills

  • Supporting the research team within the timeline
  • Good analytical skills on qualitative and quantitative data
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adhere to regulations, policies, and procedures for which the role has responsibility, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Manage own time effectively and ability to work to deadlines.

Personal attributes

  • A meticulous approach with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience of working with academic setting.
  • Knowledge and experience of using relevant software packages for data analysis.
