You will be joining our clients business during a period of rapid expansion and growth so for the right person there is plenty of opportunity to develop and progress within the business.
Please note: this role requires working both Saturdays & Sundays.
Duties and responsibilities
Our client are currently looking for an Visitor experience officer to meet and greet customers as they enter, with a smile and ensure every single person that walks through the door receives a first-class experience.
- You will lead guided tours of the distillery, introducing guests to the fascinating history behind gin and showing them around our working distillery where they produce their craft spirits.
- Our client are launching a brand new experience for customers where you will teach them how to make their very own spirit to take home with them. They will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to deliver the tour and spirit academy and you will bring the charisma, energy and sense of humour required to deliver an engaging and stand out experience.
Skills and experience
- Excellent people skills allowing them to naturally engage with visitors.
- Time keeping skills
- Comfortable speaking in front of people
- An active person who doesn’t mind being on their feet and has a real knack for telling stories with the perfect mix of detail and humour.
