Description
Role
We are seeking two Customer service hosts for Members and Visitors to a brand new indoor sporting entertainment venue/experience opening in Cheltenham.
You will provide a first-class service to anyone visiting the site and seek to maximise repeat bookings, membership sales and revenue while on site.
Duties and responsibilities
- Meet and greet with FAQ responses - training will be given.
- Technical assistance for bookings and bay use - training will be given.
- Bar service, cleaning and efficient stock handling.
- Liaise with golf equipment stores for customers as required
- Basic site maintenance, cleaning duties and clearing.
Skills and experience
- Successful candidate will have experience working in hospitality sector.
- An understanding of golf would be an advantage.
- Candidates will be willing to work at bar, reception, golf bays and lounge area to ensure a first class customer experience.
