Marketing & Commercial Team:
You'll join our lean but ambitious commercial team responsible for driving user acquisition, brand awareness, and partnership development. We operate at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and corporate wellness - a dynamic space requiring both clinical credibility and commercial creativity.
Current Marketing Challenges:
  • Complex Messaging: Translating clinical concepts (lifestyle medicine, preventative care, AI-assisted health) into compelling, accessible content
  • Dual Audience: Creating content that resonates with both B2B decision-makers (HR, corporate wellness) and B2C users(patients, clinicians)
  • Regulatory Balance: Marketing healthcare services while maintaining medical compliance and ethical standards

Brand Building: Establishing helfy® as a trusted, innovative leader in digital preventative healthcare

Duties and responsibilities
Purpose of the Role

As our Marketing & Content Creation Intern, you'll play a crucial role in transforming our clinical expertise and technical innovation into compelling marketing assets that drive growth. You'll bridge the gap between our medical team's knowledge and our commercial goals, creating content that educates, engages, and converts across our target audiences.
 
  • Main Duties & Responsibilities
Content Creation & Design (Primary Focus)
  • Visual Content Production:
    • Design social media graphics for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
    • Create infographics explaining complex health concepts (lifestyle medicine, biomarkers, AI health benefits)
    • Develop presentation templates for corporate sales pitches and investor meetings
    • Design email marketing templates and newsletter layouts
    • Create PDF resources, whitepapers, and case studies for corporate clients
  • Video Content Development:
    • Edit short-form videos for social media (60-90 second explainers and testimonials)
    • Create animated content for health education topicsAssist with video production for client testimonials and case studies
    • Develop video scripts and storyboards
  • Written Content Visual Support:
    • Design visual layouts for blog articles and health guides
    • Create engaging slide decks for webinars and presentations
    • Design one-pagers and sales collateral for different target segments
    • Develop branded templates for consistent marketing execution

 Marketing Campaign Support

  • Campaign Asset Development:
    • Create visual assets for specific marketing campaigns and product launches
    • Design A/B testing variations for digital ads
    • Develop landing page visual elements
    • Create event materials for health talks and corporate wellness days
  • Brand Consistency & Development:
    • Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines
    • Develop new visual elements that enhance brand identity
    • Create and maintain organized asset libraries
    • Support brand evolution as we scale

Commercial Material Development

  • Corporate Client Materials:
    • Design ROI calculators and health impact infographics for HR teams
    • Create case study templates with strong visual storytelling
    • Develop corporate wellness program brochures and implementation guides
    • Design HR-focused resources and wellness challenge materials
  • Clinic Partnership Materials:
    • Create clinic onboarding and recruitment materials
    • Design clinic marketing toolkit templates
    • Develop visual content for clinician education and training

Experience

Design & Technical Skills
  • Software Proficiency:
    • Essential: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), or equivalent professional design tools
    • Desirable: Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut), Figma/Sketch for digital design
  • Portfolio Evidence: A strong portfolio demonstrating:
    • Visual hierarchy and composition skills
    • Typography and colour theory application
    • Brand consistency across different media
    • Ability to adapt style for different audiences
  • Content Creation & Visual Storytelling
    • Ability to translate complex information into engaging, accessible visuals
    • Experience creating content for different platforms (social media, web, print, presentations)
    • Understanding of audience adaptation - creating content that resonates with specific demographics
    • Basic copywriting skills to complement visual designs with compelling messaging
  • Healthcare Communication Sensibility
    • Understanding of regulated industries (healthcare, finance, education) or willingness to learn quickly
    • Ability to balance creativity with compliance in healthcare marketing
    • Sensitivity to health-related topics and diverse patient experiences
    • Genuine interest in health/wellbeing topics and evidence-based information

  • Animation basics (After Effects, Lottie, or similar tools)
  • Basic understanding of marketing metrics and conversion-focused design principles
