Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Event Staff for a two day period in Leeds. This role is highly interactive and requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role involves providing exceptional guest services and ensuring the smooth operation of the event.

Days: Tuesday 3rd & Wednesday 4th March.
Uniform: black shirt, black trousers, white trainers.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Manage attendee registration and check-in
  • Operate badge printing systems
  • Perform badge scanning and access control
  • Support entrance and crowd management
  • Distribute leaflets and event materials
  • Man event sessions and assist with scanning/attendance tracking
  • Handle light equipment movement (e.g., light boxes)
  • Provide information and assistance to attendees
  • Respond to general queries and troubleshooting requests

Skills and experience

  • Previous experience in events, hospitality or guest services is desirable but not essential
  • Be prepared to be on your feet all day
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanour
  • Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environments
  • Organised with excellent time management skills
  • A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail
