Description
Role
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Mobile Cleaner to join our cleaning team. The role will deliver high-quality cleaning services across multiple sites, maintain the cleaning standards of the client and follow all health and safety procedures fully. You will represent the company in client sites professionally to ensure effective service delivery and cleaning compliance.
Duties and responsibilities
- Using your supplied company van
- All aspects of cleaning operational delivery within the site
- Use appropriate systems and technology to receive day work schedule and report activities o Use of a tablet computer to receive and manage day to day activities
- Periodic Cleaning (PPM) delivered as per the client specification and as per the Schedule o PPM’s will include carrying out Audits, deep cleaning, body spillages, reactive workorders such as upholstery cleaning, carpet cleaning, and buffing floors and low-level weeding
- Adherence to client’s specific security procedures and policies
- Understand cleaning regime, waste procedures, opening and lockup procedures and air lock door procedures within your sites
- Ensure storerooms and company van are tidy and stock stored correctly Ensure company van is secured and well maintained
- Complete daily van checks before travelling to first job of the day.
- Ensure adequate stocks of all materials and consumables are always maintained – flag up any issues to relevant manger
- Adherence to COSHH and health and safety procedures Correct handling and storage of all mobile cleaning equipment
- Immediate reporting of incidents, damage and accidents in accordance with company policy
- Uniform and ID must be worn at all times during the working day
Skills and experience
- Experience
- Cleaning experience is desirable, but not essential
- You must be able to drive, and have had your driving licence for at least 12 months
- Ability to manage client expectations and deliver customer-focused solutions
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, outstanding customer service with remote business groups
- Must be flexible, adaptable and proactive
- Able to build good working relationships in a professional manner with internal stakeholders.
