This Co‑Creation Internship is part of LJMU’s commitment to Access and Participation, offering students the chance to contribute to real projects that advance equity, diversity, and inclusion across the university. As a Co‑Creation Intern, you will gain hands‑on experience in project delivery, digital content creation, research, and stakeholder engagement.

Duties and responsibilities
1. Digital Content & Storytelling
- Revise and enhance LJMU web pages by integrating authentic, diverse student case studies and success stories.
- Produce high quality written and visual content for online platforms that showcases student experiences and promotes inclusive narratives.
- Research which will involve Interviewing or/and sourcing potential case studies students, alumni, employers
2. Inclusive Employer & Alumni Engagement
- Identify, and compile a database of inclusive employers aligned with LJMU’s values and Access & Participation priorities.
- Research and compile a portfolio of opportunities for Black and Ethnically diverse students to engage in – Similar to Stephen Laurence Scholarship Fund, Anthony Walker Bursary Scheme and 10,000 Black Interns.
3. Project Support
- Co-creation and event support for an LJMU Student Futures branded events encourage participation from LJMU students and graduates
- Participating in promotion and engagement activities with LJMU students and alumni.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Proactive, reliable, and detailedâ€focused.
