Femss is a UK-based fashion brand redefining fit for women with diverse body shapes – especially fuller busts. We design timeless, minimalist pieces that actually fit real bodies, without compromising on style. Our mission is to bridge the gap between high-end fashion and true wearability, creating elevated wardrobe staples that make women feel confident, seen, and empowered.
This internship is perfect for a recent graduate who’s creative, fashion-obsessed, and excited by social media and digital storytelling. You’ll support the day-to-day creation of content across Femss’ platforms, working closely with the founder and creative head to bring the brand to life online.
You’ll gain hands-on experience in content creation, social media strategy, and brand building within a growing fashion start-up.
This is not a “coffee-making” internship – you’ll be trusted with real work, real impact, and the chance to build a portfolio in alive brand environment.
Duties and responsibilities
- Assisting with the creation of social content for Instagram, TikTok and email
- Helping plan and execute content shoots (product, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes)

- Supporting weekly content planning and idea generation
- Writing captions in line with the Femss tone of voice
- Keeping up with trends and suggesting creative, on-brand ideas
- Supporting community engagement (polls, questions, DMs, replies)
- Organising content and assets for easy team use
