Role
Field Fare Catering are looking for staff to work on their busy Mobile Catering Unit as Front of house staff.
The role is based at Stoneleigh Park (CV8 2LZ) and due to the shift times and the fact that this role is on a Sunday, public transport will not get you to the location.
You should check how you are going to get to the location before applying.
Duties and responsibilities
We are looking for staff to help to be the front line of customer service on the busy unit.
The main tasks that you will be undertaking are
• Taking Cash and Card payments for products that are sold.
• Passing these orders clearly and effectively to the other staff working on the unit.
• Making tea and coffees using the machines provided in addition to serving bottles from the fridge whilst using the till.
• Giving the correct drinks to the customers and providing excellent front line service including upselling where possible.
Skills and experience
• For these events we are looking for staff with experience of working in a busy environment.
• You will also have experience of using tills and be confident in speaking to members of the public.
• The till system will be shown to the successful candidates.
You must be able to use your initiative to be successful in this role.
