LFC is working with LJMU and UniTemps to provide an opportunity for LJMU students to take advantage of the Discovery Internships Programme through a short-term placement within the LFC Hospitality Team.
The placement will be working with the hospitality and events team who are based in Liverpool. The team is responsible for the co-ordination, set up and delivery of match day hospitality and non-match day front of house event delivery
Duties and responsibilities
- Co-ordination and set up of non-match day events.
- Co-ordination and set up of match day hospitality
- Delivery of events and match day catering operations
- Epos and bill reconciliation
- Managing relationships with event organisers and internal stakeholders
- Licensable activities
- Management of stock
- Management of Equipment
- Management of variable payroll
- Delivering consistently to expected standards.
Skills and experience
- Ability to work in a team.
- Ability to prioritise workload and schedule
- Attention to detail
- Competency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Excellent communication skills
