This placement opportunity is with the People Systems & Data team, based in Liverpool. The team supports and maintains specialised internal HR systems, services, and applications across the organisation. They also manage and deliver all people-centric data for the club.
Duties and responsibilities
Depending on the candidate’s experience and expertise, they will contribute to one or more of the following projects:
- Creating and improving Power BI dashboards
- Reviewing and improving data housekeeping processes
- Designing and implement processes for the onboarding process such as new joiner, induction, progress reviews and exit interviews
- Evaluate and enhance the use of AI-driven data insights
- Review opportunities for use of AI technologies

- People & Culture Teams – People Services, People Partners
- Digital & Technology Teams
Skills and experience
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in HR databases, Microsoft Excel, Word, and other spreadsheet tools.
- Power BI experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience of using databases and system administration
- An understanding of employee data and datasets
- Professional and customer orientated approach
- Effective team worker
- Proactive and committed to continuous improvement
