Role
Duties and responsibilities
Tasks will include:
Sending out marketing materials
Booking clients by phone and email
Administration and coordination of appointments
Sending out our terms and conditions of service
Liaising with counterparts at the law firm we partner with and handing over to other admin staff
Organising documents in our case management system (Clio)
Communicating with clients before their appointment about what to expect and what to bring to their advice session
Any additional admin tasks assigned by a supervisor to support the smooth running of CityCLAC
Skills and experience
Experience working in CityCLAC and a law student preferred
Location
City Law School, CityCLAC
