Role

City Law School are currently looking for an Administrator to join their team. 
 
The successful candidate will be mainly acting as the Administrator for the ‘Housing Debt Clinic’, preparing client cases. 

Duties and responsibilities

Tasks will include:

Sending out marketing materials

Booking clients by phone and email

Administration and coordination of appointments

Sending out our terms and conditions of service

Liaising with counterparts at the law firm we partner with and handing over to other admin staff

Organising documents in our case management system (Clio)

Communicating with clients before their appointment about what to expect and what to bring to their advice session

Any additional admin tasks assigned by a supervisor to support the smooth running of CityCLAC

Skills and experience
Experience working in CityCLAC and a law student preferred

 
Excellent admin skills, and use of MS products is essential
 
Attention to detail
 
Communication skills written and oral
 
Knowledge of some law but its not essential as we will train the person and this is an admin post NOT a paralegal role.

Start: ASAP

End: 22/05/26
 
This role is open to current students. 
 
Hours will total 90 across the dates confirmed. 
There is a break in April for exams. 
Subject to the candidate's availability we can arrange hours to suit over that period.
The role will be on campus at City Law School CityCLAC
