Role
The Graduation and High Profile Events Team organise, coordinate and deliver all the University's Graduation and Award ceremonies that take place throughout the academic year. These prestigious events are the perfect opportunity to celebrate the achievements of our graduating students and welcome their family on campus.
Duties and responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting graduating students and their families, provide general assistance and support with regards to queries on the day.
- Signposting and information.
- Parking supervision
Skills and experience
- Customer service oriented with a can do attitude.
- Positive and vibrant personality.
- Previous experience as student ambassador is advantageous although not necessary as on-line training prior to the event and support on the day will be provided

Additional information
Application close on 21 January (applications throughout the day accepted, midnight closure)
Dress Code: Smart but comfortable and appropriate to the weather as some roles will be outdoors
Successful candidates will be required to attend an online training via Microsoft Teams on Tuesday 27 January at 13:00.
