Role

We are seeking a forward-thinking, creative, and analytical Innovation Consultant to help our organization and clients identify opportunities for growth, develop innovative solutions, and implement change initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in guiding teams through innovation processes, from ideation to execution, across a variety of sectors and challenges.

Duties and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Partner with clients or internal stakeholders to understand strategic goals and identify innovation needs.
  • Conduct market, trend, and competitor analysis to uncover unmet customer needs or industry gaps.
  • Lead or facilitate innovation workshops, design sprints, and ideation sessions.
  • Develop and validate innovative business models, products, services, or processes.
  • Design experiments, prototypes, and pilot programs to test new ideas.
  • Use frameworks such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Agile, and Jobs To Be Done.
  • Prepare compelling presentations and reports that communicate innovation strategies and recommendations.
  • Build business cases and innovation roadmaps to support implementation.
  • Track innovation KPIs and monitor the success of initiatives post-launch.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies, market shifts, and innovation methodologies.

Skills and experience
Essential:

 
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Design, Innovation, Strategy, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of experience in innovation consulting, strategy, design thinking, or business transformation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated experience leading innovation or transformation projects.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with customer research methods (e.g., interviews, surveys, ethnography).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.

 

Desirable:

  • Experience in sectors such as healthcare, financial services, consumer goods, or technology.
  • Familiarity with tools like Miro, Figma, Notion, Airtable, or innovation management platforms.
  • Startup or venture-building experience is a plus.•    Certification in Design Thinking, Agile, or similar methodologies
