Role
We are seeking Telemarketers to provide support to a leading market research organization based in the West Midlands. 

Duties and responsibilities

• The successful candidates will work on various projects, ranging from lead generation and appointment setting to market research and event promotion in a call centre environment.
• You will be carrying out unscripted phone calls on behalf of businesses.
• You will be using a CRM system to input data and will also be expected to undertake data cleansing as required.

Skills and experience

• You will have previous experience of working in a call centre or B2B environment.
• You will be able to commute to the office (based near Birmingham City Centre) for a minimum of 3 days per week.
• You must be able to manage your own time and be reliable in the role.
