Role
We are currently recruiting for an HR Coordinator to join our team on a 7-week temporary contract, ideally starting on 12 January 2026 or shortly thereafter.
This role will play a key part in supporting the integration of the Professional Services Directorates following the recent merger, providing essential coordination and administrative support during this period of change.
Duties and responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of selection of the change programmes consultation process, selection criteria, and details of affected employees.
- Ensure all change processes comply with employment law and internal policies
- Prepare and issue formal letters including consultation and termination
- Act as a first point of contact for employee queries regarding the consultation process
- Coordinate and support consultation meetings between HR, management, and employees
- Provide clear, empathetic communication to affected staff throughout the process
Skills and experience
- Proven experience in supporting organisational restructures and organisational change processes.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage sensitive conversation
- High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
