Role

We are currently recruiting for a HR Change Adviser to work on a 7 week temporary contract, starting on 12th January 2026 or shortly thereafter. 

The role will support the integration of the Professional Services Directorates following the merger. 

Duties and responsibilities

The role involves managing change management processes, advising on consultations, and supporting staff through changes.

Skills and experience

  • Strong change management experience, including collective consultation
  • Ability to manage multiple change programmes with attention to detail
  • Conduct employee consultation meetings as part of the organisational change processes, ensuring clear communication of the proposed changes, providing guidance and support to employees, addressing queries and concerns, and documenting outcomes.
