Role

Graduate Support Interviewers needed to assist with the Graduate Support Survey. 

Candidate must

- Have independent working space with stable WiFi connection

- Attend mandatory training session which will be held on 29th Dec 2025.

Duties and responsibilities

- To contact recent graduates of City St Georges, University of London and conduct the Graduate Support survey over the phone.
 
- Accurately record survey answers on the survey questionnaire.
 
- Accurately record the outcome of telephone calls on contact sheets.
 
- Ensure graduates are receiving full information on what City Careers has to offer for recent graduates.
 
- Adherence to the university policies with regards to confidentiality and Data Protection.
 
- Independently manage workloads and achieve targets assigned by the team leader.

Skills and experience

- Punctuality and reliability are essential

- Excellent communication skills

- Confident, clear and courteous telephone manner

- Excellent record keeping skills and attention to detail

- Ability to adhere to set procedures

- Experience in target driven roles

- Experience is using Microsoft Teams/Zoom or a similar online communications platform

- Experience in using Microsoft Excel

- Experience in remote employment will be advantageous
