*Ringfenced to LJMU Sociology students will have successfully completed (and passed) 4101SOC and be from the 2025-6, 2024-25 or 2023-4 cohorts*

The Enhancement of Engagement and Intellectual Stimulation in 4101SOC Sociological Imaginations: Student reflections on recent innovations and future possibilities. This project, with the collaborative assistance of student interns, will assess the recent innovations that have been implemented in the teaching and assessment on 4101SOC Sociological Imaginations, and consider further ways of enhancing the student experience of the module through building on the successful aspects of the current approach and extending it.   

Duties and responsibilities
This is an internship and as such should be seen as an education and career development opportunity, carried out under the strict guidance of LJMU staff'. Interns to reflect on their experience of 4101 SOC and help design a conversation/interview/consent schedule to be used when interviewing past and present students of 4101 SOC.  The design of a series of questions to pose to academic staff who teach on the Theory strand in Sociology. The gathering of data through interviews and surveys followed by analysis of the data, working with the PI and the production of action points. 8.The final report will form the basis for presentation.

Skills and experience
Interns will have successfully completed (and passed) 4101SOC and be from the 2025-6, 2024-25 or 2023-4 cohorts on the sociology programme.
