Role
The Office for Global Engagement are looking for a Study Abroad Officer to assist with the orientation of new study abroad students.

Duties and responsibilities

- To assist with the orientation of new study abroad students

- Manage email and in-person queries from new students

- Prepare welcome packs

- Assist with orientation activities

Skills and experience

The successful candidate should have:

- Previous administrative experience

- Preferably worked with students previously

- Able to relate to international students arriving in the UK for the first time

- Experience of using Outlook, Excel, SITS would be advantageous, but not essential

Location
Role will be based in the College Building, Clerkenwell Campus. Due to the nature of the role home working will not be suitable.

End Date: 06/02/2026
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm
