Role
The role of the Admin Assistant will be to support the administrative tasks of the IS Admin team.

 
We are recruiting someone who can work 15 hours per week, within Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, but the specific hours and days are flexible.
 
This role will start in December, and will run until approximately the end of January.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Facilitating financial approvals through DocuSign.
  • Initiate and track purchase orders for hardware and software via ERP.
  • Process and submit invoices to be paid.
  • Update SharePoint sites & contract filing.

Skills and experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Outlook and SharePoint).
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Attention to detail in handling documentation, invoices and purchase orders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise efficiently.
