Role

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Content Creator to join our Recruitment Marketing team. This role is pivotal in producing engaging, innovative content across multiple platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, email communications, and blogs—to attract and inspire students and prospective students.

Your focus will be on creating compelling stories that connect real-world scenarios to our courses in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Built Environment, and Astrophysics. You will bring these subjects to life through digital storytelling, showcasing their relevance and impact in today’s world.

Duties and responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy

Develop and execute creative content strategies for social media, blogs, and email campaigns.

Produce high-quality, engaging multimedia content tailored for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Craft stories that highlight real-world applications of our courses and student success stories.

Storytelling & Engagement

Use narrative techniques to make complex subjects relatable and exciting.

Identify trending topics and news stories to integrate into content plans.

Collaboration & Networking

Build strong relationships with faculty, academics, and internal stakeholders to source authentic stories and insights. 

Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Technical Production

Shoot and edit video and photography content suitable for social media and web platforms. Ensure all content is optimized for platform-specific requirements and accessibility standards.

Skills and experience

Essential Skills & Experience

-Proven experience in content creation for social media, blogs, and email marketing.

-Strong storytelling ability with a creative flair for making technical subjects engaging.-Excellent networking and relationship

-building skills.-Proficiency in video production and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar).

-Skilled in photography and image editing for digital platforms.-Understanding of social media trends and analytics.

Desirable Skills

-Experience in education marketing or working with academic institutions.

-Knowledge of STEM subjects and ability to translate technical concepts into accessible content.

-Familiarity with SEO and content optimisation best practices.
