Role

We are seeking a qualitative data analyst to collaborate on the qualitative data analysis for the research project ‘Warwick Open Access: Understanding Wellbeing Module Evaluation’ by analysing qualitative (non-numerical) data. The researcher will analyse interview transcripts and reflective notes collected from the project to identify common themes regarding participants’ wellbeing after engaging with the digital module.

In this role, you will work as part of project team, undertaking qualitative data analysis to contribute to the successful delivery of the project.

This is a 1 month assignment until 5/1/26.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Collaborate on the qualitative analysis of open-ended survey questions and reflective notes to identify patterns, themes, and key insights.
  • Prepare clear, concise reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings to the research team.
  • Work with other analysts and researchers on the project team.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of online resources, making improvements based on feedback and engagement metrics.

Skills and experience

Essential Skills

  • Graduate student (PhD preferred) from any field or discipline.
  • Strong research and analytical skills, with the expert ability to interpret and use qualitative data effectively.
  • Proficient in digital tools for qualitative data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with the research team.
  • Reliable in meeting deadlines, producing high-quality outputs, and managing time effectively.

Desirable Skills

  • Interest in wellbeing as concept.
