Description
Role
Our client works with UK housing developers, engaging local communities and stakeholders in the planning process. Our work includes:
- Stakeholder engagement on planning projects (liaising with e.g. local councillors)
- Delivery of consultation events, such as public exhibitions and webinars
- Production of consultation packs (including project leaflets and brochures)
- Production of websites that show plans and features of a project and provide an opportunity to feedback comments
- Their public exhibitions provide residents, local to a proposed development, an opportunity to comment on proposals and they create the banners and run an exhibition with at least two attendees from the company present. Following each exhibition they then write a report on the community’s feedback on key aspects of the proposals, which also incorporates the developer’s responses to issues raised.
