Description
Role
We are seeking a Marketing Project Lead to work closely with the leadership team to help deliver our marketing and communications plan for our showcase project. This includes supporting digital content, PR, events, and in-store storytelling. The role is varied and offers the chance to see your ideas come to life.
Duties and responsibilities
- Assist in delivering our 6-month marketing strategy
- Create and schedule social media content
- Coordinate signage and point-of-sale materials with suppliers
- Assist with PR and local media outreach
- Help plan and promote launch events and community activities
Skills and experience
- Degree in marketing or related field, or 1+ year of relevant experience
- Strong commercial awareness with a clear understanding of sales objectives
- Coordinating project deadlines and deliverables and ensuring on-time project execution
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written communication and creative thinking
- Familiarity with Canva, Mailchimp, and Meta Business Suite
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Enthusiastic about coffee, people, and community engagement
- Collaborative and proactive approach to teamwork
