Description

Role
We are looking for 4 people to work for 1 month to help with a busy period. You will be pre screening videos and applications to help with assessment procedures.

We are looking for people to start ASAP. The role is based at Birmingham Business Park for 2 days a week (after the first week, there is the possibility to work 1 day per week).

Duties and responsibilities

  • By building an in-depth understanding of the assessment methodology, you will be helping to screen applications for a variety of businesses. 
  • You will work to deadlines and approved targets to ensure that all activities are completed within the necessary timeline.
  • You will also take care of administrative tasks that are associated with these videos.

Skills and experience

  • You will have previous administration experience (desired).
  • However you must have excellent computer skills and will be able to manage your own time effectively.
  • You will be able to follow processes to ensure compliance at all times.
  • You will also be able to remain impartial and keep information that you have access to confidential.
 
We are looking for quick learners as all training on the systems and how to evaluate the interviews will provided.
