Role
Cordell Health is a social enterprise delivering high quality, tailored occupational health and wellbeing services to clients.
We partner with our clients to ensure service delivery delivers to their needs combining clinical expertise with the latest technology platforms.
Please note: This role is not suitable for current students or recent City St Georges graduates due to the nature of the role.
Duties and responsibilities
- Greeting employees to the service and managing all reception requirements of the contract
- Answering telephone queries and providing first line contact for referrals into the service
- Booking appointments and maintaining diaries which may include the booking of clinic rooms
- Proactively managing email contacts and queries before and after consultations have taken place
- Providing administrative support to the clinical team in managing referrals into the service including but not limited to referrals, health surveillance and research passports
- Supporting the client with day to day requirements under the direction of the account manager
- Proof reading and quality controlling documentation
- Supporting audit and other business processes as required by the Director of Business Operations
- To support the business and Director of Business Operations throughout implementation and embedding processes
Skills and experience
- Demonstration of competence in business process management
- General Administration Skills• Diary Management and Scheduling
- Knowledge of delivering occupational health services to different clients is desirable
- Ensure that optimal use is made of all IT systems
