THE ROLE

Our client at De Montfort University are currently recruiting a Zumba Instructor. This role is a campus based role working the following hours: 2 hours per week; Mondays 6.30pm – 7.30pm and Wednesdays 7.00pm - 8.00pm. The location of the role will be campus-based at The Watershed, De Montfort University. 

We would highly encourage students who meet the person specification to apply. 

Overview:

To deliver energetic, fun, and engaging Zumba sessions that encourage student participation, physical activity, and social interaction. The Instructor will create a lively and welcoming environment for all abilities, helping students build confidence and enjoyment through dance-based fitness.

• Plan and deliver two hours of weekly Zumba sessions suitable for all levels.

• Create an enjoyable and motivating environment that promotes fitness and fun.

• Act as a point of contact for participants, providing encouragement and support.

• Promote inclusivity, ensuring accessibility and a positive experience for every student.• Assist with promotion of the sessions via social media, flyers, and university networks.

• Provide feedback on attendance, student experiences, and opportunities for development.
